ROTARY TABLE GLAZING
Used for glazing products with a deep or broad shape, such as bowls or plates. Products arriving at the transfer group on a conveyor belt are sequentially transferred to the rotating table station, with 6 stations each equipped with 3 arms arranged in a circular shape around the center. Products, secured with vacuum on the rotating table stations, are immersed and rotated in a dipping tank with an angle and speed set by the user on the operator panel. This ensures the products to be glazed homogeneously and equally.Rotary table stations can be controlled independently, ensuring continuity in production by shutting down any station without stopping production, thanks to the station shutdown feature.
DOUBLE COLOUR CUP GLAZING
It is used for glazing the interiors and exteriors of cups or mugs in different colours.
LINEAR GLAZING WITH 3, 5 AND 10 HEAD OPTIONS
Used in glazing processes for cups, bowls, plates, etc., or products in deeper forms. With vertically adjustable arms, the dipping depth can be set, allowing products with various sizes and depths to be glazed. This ensures that every part of the product is glazed equally and homogeneously.
MANUAL GLAZING
Used for glazing large plates or products with a deeper form. The products, placed on a hanging station, are immersed into the glazing tank. The glaze inside the tank is continuously circulated using a circulation system to ensure optimal state of the glaze.
